A Step-by-Step Guide
We have provided a step-by-step guide to explain how to get the most out of your purchase. If this does not answer all of your questions, please see our FAQs page, or get in touch by visiting our Contact page. We are happy to help.
1. Create an Account
There are two ways to create an account: either fill out our Sales Enquiry Form or purchase the Standard Package directly through the website.
In either case, you will be given a user ID and password and will be directed to login to your account at:
3. Customer Payroll
There are two separate pieces of data that you will need to provide in order for Seratio to assess your supply chain:
The first is information on your payroll. You will need to upload your last year's audited accounts in order for us to verify your information and meet our quality guidelines.
Enterprise level customers are also able to enter details of part time workers; this is available as an add-on feature for Standard users. Please contact the Sales team for more information.
5. Customer Online Sentiment Survey
If you choose to use our survey you will be directed to a web page. You can provide this link to all of your employees to complete the survey.
This information is collected anonymously.
Seratio will then start to emasure your anti-slavery risk. If you do not add any suppliers the measurement will be taken against only your data. As your employees or suppliers continue to add their information over a period of time your score will update continuously as your risk is assessed on a live basis.
9. Customer Dashboard
All of the suppliers are in the customer dashboard and by selecting one you will be able to see the information that they have submitted and the risk level that tehy present to your business.
7. Supplier Login and Information
The supplier will then complete a similar process adding information on pay and sentiment in their own portal.
If they have wish to use our own sentiment survey they will be sent an email directing them to instruct their employees to complete it.
The Customer can see all of the survey answers provided by a supplier as against the questions (not provided in this image). This allows you to see not only the risk of slavery in your supply chain but also the wider sentiment of your employees and those of your suppliers.
